I received a notice from my email service provider of changes being implemented. The notice was hard to understand. In talking with the provider, my questions went unanswered and I was at a loss as to what to do. My friend highly recommended Chris telling me he was the best IT person to go to and someone you could trust. I emailed Chris who responded immediately; and in simple, plain language he explained the notice and what I would need to do to access my email with the provider.
