Remote support can solve a lot of issues. It allows us to run Multiple tests and diagnostics on your machine from anywhere in the world. It also allows us to run virus scans and cleanups that can keep your machine running at its best performance.

We offer Multiple options for remote support:

• we offer a one time fee per remote support session. 1 hour $80 (Remote troubleshooting may be an additional cost depending on time spent (Click Here For Form)
• we offer Remote Diagnostics with the worlds number one diagnostics software “Pc Doctor”. It will test all hardware on your machine(Motherboard, Graphics, Hard Drive etc…) to verify no issues our occurring, it also runs a stress test on your machine and gives a Report of all diagnostics ran. Fee= $80 (Click Here For Form)
• we offer a monthly plan which offers 1 remote once a week Fee= $250(monthly) “$70 savings” Click Here To Subscribe. Extra remote’s are offered at discounted rates, for subscribed members. After Subscribing please Contact us with your Order Number and day and time a week you would like your Service completed. Other Wise we will contact you by the email you used for purchasing to complete setup.

Please keep in mind not all issues can be resolved over remote support. If for some reason we are unable to resolve your issues remotely, we will offer other options such as onsite support or pick ups or we can offer ship to us services to troubleshoot and do our best to resolve the issues, the price for the remote support will go towards other services. Remote Support is Non-Refundable. Computers can always be fixed. but the real question is. Is the price for fixing worth it? As computers lose price as soon as purchased and since new hardware comes out everyday we recommend machines that are older then 4 years old should be replaced. Due to the price of repairing the machine may over come the price of a new one.
